ChurchWebOffice
ChurchWebOffice is an administrative database built specifically for churches and other charitable organisations in Denmark. The program is designed to handle the full administrative burden around reporting tax-deductible donations under sections §8A and §12 of the Danish Tax Assessment Act — and at the same time cover day-to-day bookkeeping, member records and reporting needs in a small organisation.
The program is built as a Microsoft Access database, so it runs on an ordinary Windows PC without servers, subscriptions or recurring costs.
What the program does
Double-entry or cash ledger bookkeeping
Full double-entry bookkeeping with integrated donation handling — or a simple cash ledger if your needs are smaller. You pick the level that fits your organisation.
Multiple accounting branches
Run several departments or accounting periods side by side. Transactions can be consolidated into unified financial statements without mixing data along the way.
Tax report file export
Generate a file ready to upload to skat.dk for reporting donations under §8A and §12. No copying numbers into SKAT's own forms by hand.
Families and addresses
Member and donor register with family relationships. Mailings can be consolidated so a family at the same address receives one letter instead of five.
Over 100 report formats
Envelopes, address labels, gift letters, receipts, hymnals, member lists and more — ready-made reports you can print directly from the database without detouring through Word or Excel.
Calendar and online access
Built-in calendar features and website export, so donors can log in and see their own donation status online — without anyone having to answer the phone to look it up.
