Jonstrupvang believed that a manual telephone receptionist app could enrich the daily lives of their residents. Allegro IT ApS delivered it in 25 hours.
The app runs on a touch-screen so that residents can use it without a mouse or similar input device.
When someone calls the manual receptionist, a button on the screen begins to flash. If a resident answers the call, 3CX automatically announces: "You have called…"
The resident then simply taps the photo of the person they want to reach.
A call can be answered and transferred with just 2 taps on the screen.
