VoIP 3CX Auto Dialer

Allegro IT ApS has developed an auto dialer for 3CX for Kobborg Consult. The solution ties Kobborg's web-based phoner system together with the 3CX server and the 3CX Soft Phone, so call centre agents can work their way through a call list without dialling numbers or waiting on connection attempts themselves.

The dialer automatically calls the next available lead on the list. If the lead does not answer within a set time window, the call is ended and the dialer moves on to the next one. Phone errors — invalid or disconnected numbers — are registered and handled automatically so they never reach the agent. Answering machines and automated responses are cleared with a single click, after which the dialer moves on.

In practice, the agent spends their time on conversations that actually get going, instead of listening to ringtones or noting down broken numbers by hand. For a call centre doing outbound calls — fundraising, for example — it makes a real difference to how many meaningful conversations fit into a shift.
