Around 100,000 refugees from Congo and other countries live in Nakivale, Uganda. The support these refugees receive is not enough to feed them every day. The idea is that they should become self-sufficient — but that is extremely difficult if you are an orphan, or if your parents have no real qualifications. Many are illiterate. If children cannot go to school due to lack of money, those children will become tomorrow's struggling parents.
Jack W. Jensen has travelled with STNM to Nakivale and seen the work firsthand. That is why Allegro IT ApS supports and recommends this initiative to anyone who wants to be part of the solution.
